Easy Video Suite – If you need to deliver video online either for yourself or your clients, we use and recommend Easy Video Suite. It is simple to setup (we deliver all video from an S3 account) and easy to use. This allows you to share video without the worry that someone will be able to download it. It’s what we use to deliver all of our video training!
Accounting / Financial
QuickBooks Pro 2014
This is the only product we have used to maintain our business financials, so we can only recommend Quickbooks as a financial software product. However, we do NOT do our own taxes or financials, we hired a CPA firm to handle this for us. We use Quickbooks to provide them with accurate data and have an admin who inputs data into our system using Quickbooks. That data is sent on a monthly basis to the CPA firm who then gives us feedback, guidance and tax advice.
